Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact me directly.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
As needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;

as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection

Please review your order and make sure you have provided us with the information to sew your item. We need to know the last name initial for women as it goes in the middle and is larger. If the order is for a man, please tell us in the notes to seller as the last name initial is last and all letters are the same size.
We ship very quickly, changes to an order are not possible after an order is submitted. We may actually have your order in production in 10 minutes or less.
If you do not provide a font choice, we will sew the font that is in the picture of the listing. We will try to reach out to you via email. But we must have a response within 3 days.
Shipping charges are to one location only.
Specific sizing for all our clothing items is listed in the item itself under description. We also provide sizing charts when applicable. Once we monogram an item, it is not returnable.
Please make sure you give us all the info we need to sew the item. Review your order and make sure we have a name or initials, thread color and font selection. Not providing all the information will hold up your order. If you do not provide a font or thread color, we will use the font and thread in the picture of the item.
We need to know the order of the initials you provide. Please specify the last name initial. If we are unable to reach you via email in regards to the order of initials, we will sew in the order given. If the initials are DTP, we will assume the P is the last name and it will be placed in the middle and be made larger for a woman. Please review your order and make sure we have this information
We do not accept returns for used items or items that have been personalized unless we are able to determine that we monogrammed the item incorrectly according to the order. If we have monogrammed a defective item, we will replace it but we will not be able to change the monogram font or thread color
A defective item is one that comes to us in a defective manner, It is not a bag that has been ripped or torn due to too overloading the bag with too much stuff. At our sole discretion, we may request an item to be returned for a refund at the buyers expense. Defective items will be issued an RMA number and will need to be returned before we reship another item or issue a refund. We do not refund until the item is returned.
Size of Monogram
The size of the monogram of the items shown in the photos is approximate for the monogram. Short names will sew larger than a name with 9 letters. Our standard sew is approximately 2.5 x 5, which is standard monogram protocol, for a name unless the name has alot of characters, then it is smaller. There are thousands of combinations of fonts and letters. It is not possible to guarantee a sew size as it is dependent on the number of letters as well as the font and capitalization. This is all a function of the software and the length and height are dependent on each other. If we are given two names to sew, we generally reach out and ask if they can be stacked which allows us to sew larger.
We must now ship on the expected ship day. We can no longer hold an order waiting on a response to our emails in regards to your custom/personalized orders. We strive to offer excellent service and have over the last 7 years. Please check your Etsy mail as this is our only mode of communication on your custom/personalized order to make sure we are sewing what you asked for. We do have orders with no name or initials. no thread colors, no fonts. We want your order to be perfect, so we need your help on occasion. Thank you for helping us make your order perfect.
